I saw this work this weekend at a Silicon Valley kitchen warming party. Everyone watched with glee as this particular German's toy sprayed the wine out of approx. eight small holes at its base and turned the symetrical two bottle decanter red with my excellent 1999 Benziger Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The large oversized screen allowed more wine to flow around sediment and was easy to remove and clean. This is made of a quality stainless steel and will last for years in shinny brilliance. My wife bought a funnel at William Sonoma the next week. It has a small one inch stem spot welded onto a small screen. It fell off before its first use. I took it back and started my search on Amazon the next day for the real thing. I highly recommend this 1st class product.
