ReServe is easy to use, easy to clean and best of all, it keeps my wines tasting perfect for up to 2 weeks (I finish my bottles within 2 weeks; it can probably protect a bottle for longer than 2 weeks). I drink mostly CA cabs and pinots. And I have 3 adaptors so that I can have up to 3 wines open at any one time and simply enjoy whichever wine I want a glass at a time.The wines maintain their fruit and complexity and remain tannic. Even the last glass needs to breathe for a few minutes before the fruit present themselves!
