We received this unit with two lower shelves instead of one middle and one lower one.The drawings on the assembly instructions are not very clear. They manual comes with a form to request, via mail only, any missing part for free but there is no telephone number to contact the manufacturer at all.
Based on our experience, we don't recommend buying this product because of the poor customer support and lack of Quality Control.
The unit is nice and we still like it. We are just waiting for the missing shelf.
