Do not buy any Breezaire product and do not buy from Beverage Factory.I have owned 2 and the first broke after 5 years and the 2nd never worked and i had to eventually eat the $1,100 cost.The service is terrible and the warranty is too.The only think worse than the service and the warranty is the product itself.

Review of Breezaire WK-3000 Wine Cellar Cooling Unit (Max Room Size = 650 cu ft

I purchased a Breezaire WK 3000 in 2002, and recently (Aug 2007) the outside of the case started freezing up. I contacted the company and they don't have authorized repair techs. The company informed me that my unit is still under warranty for parts but I would have to ship the unit to CA to be worked on. This would involve me removing it from the wall of my cellar and shipping it at my cost. The unit is much too heavy for me to remove it myself (I am a woman living alone) and shipping would probably cost nearly $100. And after all that effort I have no idea whether it could be repaired and at what cost. The message I take away from this is that even though I spent nearly $1,000 to purchase this five years ago, they would prefer I purchase another. Talk about throwing good money after bad. My wine retailer is checking locally to see if there is anyone who can work on these units. If that fails, it will become a very expensive wall ornament in my now non-temperature controlled wine cellar. And every time I walk into the cellar I will be reminded of the $1,000 I wasted on this piece of junk.

Review of Breezaire WK-1060 Wine Cellar Cooling Unit (Max Rm Size= 140 cu ft

I bought 2 Breezaire 4000 units thru Beverage Factory and while the fist worked for 5 years, the second never worked and after back-and-forth for over a year with Breezaire Service without getting it fixed, I found myself no longer covered by the one year warranty and having to pay to ship and repair a $1,100 product that never worked.Eventually, I gave up and threw it out.The dump is too good for this piece of junk.Beverage Factory was useless, not standing by a product they sold and just passing me on the Breezaire Service.
