I was given this electric opener as a Christmas present.The first time I tried to use it, the cork didn't come all the way out.Assuming that it was user error, I tried it again on a different bottle.On the second try, the cork came out of the bottle but would not come out of the electric opener.We had to take a pair of plyers to remove the cork.I have tried it two other times and has ended in the same result... plyers.I searched the web and found that there are no reviews on this product.Am I the only one that had this problem?Click Here to see more reviews about: The Sharper Image KP-W100 Automatic Wine Bottle Opener, Black
