Review of Winsome Wood Entertainment Cart, Espresso

I ordered this to fullfill my need for a bar/appetizer area. This cart looks amazing and was easy to put together. I had it in place for a Thanksgiving gathering and everyone asked where I got it. The wheels make it moveable but it is a little hard to push when there are several bottles on board. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a bar and either has a small room or needs mobility.

Review of Oak Finish Hardwod Wine Rack-Stores 9 Bottles (Oak) (32"H x 16.75"W x 16.75"D)

This is a decent piece of furniture for the price. It came quickly and I had to put it together.Once I inventoried the equipment it was easy to put together with the instructions provided and actually took about half an hour.I was worried about whether or not it would store my balloon shaped wine glasses. It did so with ease; however, I'll tell you that I only have 2 red wine glasses, 2 white wine glasses, and 2 dessert wine glasses in it.It looks great in my dining area and I'm quite pleased with it.Unfortunately, now I'm going to be forced to purchase a few more bottles of wine in order to make the piece complete. . .DRAT IT ALL!

Review of Winsome Wood Wine Cabinet, Walnut

The item arrived in a battered box. It appeared to have been someone else's returned merchandise. The box contained all of the necessary hardware, etc. One of the side panels has a rough exterior facing, which detracted from the finish. Fortunately, the cabinet is placed in a postion where this is hidden from view. If I have to change its location, it will be a visible flaw. (This is probably why it was returned merchandise). Anyway, I decided to keep it.Once assembled, it was very sturdy and a full array of wine bottles does not create any sag or imbalance. Just be aware that this item is imported from Asia and quality control may be a little sub-standard.

Review of Winsome Wood 24-Bottle Beechwood Wine Rack/Glass Holder

I actually purchased this from AAFES, not Amazon. It is made in Thailand of solid wood. It assembles very quickly with heavy hex screws (included with wrench). It is lightly finished. It is very stable. The top easily doubles as counter top in a kitchen or as a wine and cheese table in a dining room/party area. The quality is excellent for the price. I have seen less expensive racks of this style at Cost Plus that were unfinished and needed sanding and that also seemed rickety.

Review of Winsome Wood Wine Tower, Espresso Finish

After spending a weekend wine tasting in the Santa Ynez Valley, I decided that I needed a new wine tower to handle the overabundance of bottles that we had purchased(the metal rack on my counter just wasn't cutting it).I settled on this one based on the look of it and the reviews, and I'm definitely not disappointed!

I know that others had issues with broken shelves in the box due to shipping, but everything arrived in perfect condition.I laid all of the pieces out and went to work.Even in the smaller space I was working in (I live in a one-bedroom apartment), everything went relatively smoothly and I had it together in about an hour and a half. There were only three minor issues I ran into.First, just like Ikea, the directions don't necessarily do a great job of pointing out the differences between similar pieces.Granted, you can figure it out by really studying the directions and the parts for clues, but it would have been easier if they had just put a label on the part to tell you what it was (they did that to indicate which side should be facing the back).Second, the back panel can be tricky to get set correctly. It has a tendency pop out of the slot it's supposed to go into.Once I tightened everything up though, it was fine.Third, and most annoyingly, the screws for the back panel of the drawer just would not screw in without tremendous effort.I hand tightened everything as best as I could, then gave it a whirl with an electric screwdriver, but I still couldn't get the screws flush with the wood.Thankfully, it still slides in and you can't tell, but I practically took the skin off my palms trying to screw that thing together.

The end result though was beautiful. The tower fits tightly in a corner and really looks very nice, especially once you've hung glasses up top.The lower shelf (above the bottles) is a good spot for some decorations such as bottles or a shorter decanter, and the top is a good spot for a plant or another decoration. The bottles fit nicely into the cubby holes, although they will roll a bit when you first put them in.The drawer gave me a place to put all of the corkscrews and bottle openers that had previously been sitting on my kitchen counter. You can also fit a fair amount of glasses up top, although the middle part of the rack is really only good for narrower glasses, like champagne flutes, as there's not much room to put in larger glasses if the two outer racks are filled.Still, this is an excellent tower for anyone that doesn't have a lot of room and wants to maximize their storage.
