Review of Outset B327 16-Ounce Glass Cocktail Shaker with Stainless-Steel Lid and Recipes

Was really liking this at first until I realized that after the first drink when the rim of the glass gets wet, the top won't stay on.No matter how hard you push on it, you can't create a tight seal, and therefore liquid splashes out.Not good when you're making a blueberry martini.Tried adjusting the rubber gasket but doesn't seem to fix it.Thought it was the cap creating an air pocket so put it on last, but no.Looked good (I prefer a glass shaker so it's easier on the hands if your hands are sensitive to cold) but unfortunately has that one fatal flaw.

It's a beautiful box, and the accessories were very nice.I gave it to a wine lover, and put a nice bottle of wine inside.Then it occured to me, that I just paid a bunch of money for a nice wooden gift box that would probably never get used again.It probably would have been wiser to spend the money on the wine and less on the box!Having said that, it makes an absolutely beautiful and impressive gift presentation, and the person I gave it to loved it.
