Review of LinenSpa 800-Thread-Count KING Egyptian Cotton PILLOWCASE Set

The description of these sheets implies a superior product.It's not.A thread count this high should mean the sheets have a smoother, softer feel than is typical.The fabric itself, "sateen", is also supposed to mean a higher level of softness and smoothness.Unfortunately, while these sheets aren't bad, they're no softer or less coarse than what you can get at your local discount department store, and are inferior to a 400 count set from Macy's which I received as a housewarming present.

Although you may think the sheets are too heavy, thick, hard, and loud at first, you will soon learn that they are high quality.High thread count sheets will, for about the first 20 or so washings, feel hard and heavy and be loud when you rustle around in them.After a few washings they will mellow and become even softer and the loudness will fade.These sheets will last a long time and are an excellent buy.

Review of LinenSpa 1000-Thread-Count KING WINE Egyptain Cotton PILLOWCASE Set

We received these sheets as a wedding present.They are very soft and get softer with every wash.I also like that they fit our very deep mattress.The sheets are very thick and high quality.I have a lot of high thread count sheets and these were my favorite by a mile.In fact, I've purchased several more sets I was so happy.
