I bought this expecting it to do nothing but thought it might be good for some entertainment. I ran a double blind test with my husband. We enhanced one glass of a young red, and allowed another identical glass to sit for the same length of time. We were both shocked that there actually was a difference in the two glasses. The enhanced one tasted softer and had a little less burn. The smell of the wine was drastically altered. Sadly we thought the enhanced one lost a little of its fruit, but overall it was improved.
I have no idea what it does, or how it does it, but as shocked as I was, I have to admit it does do something
