Love the glasses, the shape and size. Had problems with delivery and it took a long time resolve the issue. I ordered 2 sets of wine glasses as a Christmas gift for my daughter. First shipment included only 1 set of glasses, but since my daughter didn't know I had ordered 2 sets, she was satisfied and didn't say anything until I visited her in January. That's when I tried to contact Wine Enthusiast. It took more than 2 weeks to get a response, but they have now promised to send my daughter 2 sets of glasses as originally ordered!
That's a very nice way to respond to a complaint, even if it did take some time!
