We bought these to get back some more square footage in our house. By moving our wines into a kitchen shelf that was underutilized, we were able to get rid of our floor wine rack.The wine wedge keeps the wines from rolling around, keeping the wines from getting damaged.We're able to use one wedge per 3 wines.

The wine wedge would also be ideal in the fridge for wine or beer. This is our current favorite gift to get for our wine loving friends.
