Revising this review.I thought I was ordering the genuine Boomerang/Franmara, one of which I already had.The Franmara seems of higher quality than this particular knock-off: this one is a little rough around the edges and the worm is not coated with Teflon; it seems likely to break. However, it has performed flawlessly in the few months we've had it so it may also be fine over a longer time. This type of corkscrew is very easy to use, lightweight, compact--and includes a foil cutter.The wine shop owner who recommended the Franmara claims he's been using his for 10 years.I've had difficulty in the past with this type of corkscrew, but his instructions to place the worm in the center and keep it straight up while pulling seem to work great (even for a small woman).
