I overlooked the part that mentioned it comes with 2 gel packs.. so that is nice.. they have their own special pocket to insert inside the tote.. and are a nice size.. 2 packs about 6x8 one for each side.. the inside "dividers" have velcro and can be customized.. I would not limit this for only Wine.. as sometimes I carry Liquors as well.. the reason for 4 starts and not 5 is the front pocket should have had a zipper so that I have a place to store for thewine the needed wine opener or other accessories for the occassion and not worry about it slipping out.. I could just put all inside.. or have it open for the magazines as they intended..
